HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

A huge thank you to everyone that made the the launch of BuyingDebt.Org possible in 2011! Since startup, we have moved a number of portfolios from fresh to statute, and we have just started working with original issuers to offer direct portfolios also.

2012 brings new opportunities and a lot more exposure for the company. In early February, we will be exhibiting at the Debt Buyers Association Conference in Las Vegas. If you can make it, please stop by and visit our booth (#317).

A new change has been made to the website also. On each product page there is now an input form for the type of debt portfolios you are looking for. Right now, I have a good mix of files available from credit card to DDA to payday and auto, some listed and some not listed yet. Let me know if you are in the market for a new portfolio or if you are looking to sell, we are here to help!

New Listings- First Week Of October

The last quarter of the year is upon us! This year has been busy thus far but the end of the year has typically been busier for debt buying activity.

I don’t usually run across a lot of payday paper but I did just receive a small multi-state file if anyone is interested. It is BMG Payday Loans, 137 accounts, $59,244 UPB and the average chargeoff is 1/11/11. This could be a good starter file for someone with a limited budget interested in some payday accounts. I also have a number of HSBC credit card files right now ranging in agency level in addition to the ones listed in the credit card section, so if you are looking for a smaller national file within a $10-20K budget, I have several to choose from.
